Upon completion of your transaction you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has processed (usually 3 to 5 days) we will email you a shipping tracking number. We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for all packages and depending on the weight and size of the package it will ship either 2 days USPS priority or First Class 3 day for packages over 13 ounces. For Canada and all other countries please email your order to: info@maryallan.com and we can determine shipping costs and carrier. We are also able to ship international packages on your account such as: UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL. Most international packages take 3 to 5 days to process and then shipping time of 7 to 10 business days.

The majority of orders ship within three business days of order placement unless specified as a custom blend or “made fresh to order” products such as our boosters and serums which can take 3 to 5 business days to process.

You have the choice of American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Square to pay for your transaction.  

If something is damaged in shipment we will send a replacement product.
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through maryallan.com you may return the item(s) for a exchange within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Items for exchange must be in new and or gently used condition. For a full refund all items must be unopened, unused and with their protective seal in tact. 

All of Mary Allan products are made from ingredients procured by artisan farmers, co-operatives and green chemistry laboratories. Due to the hand-made craftsmanship of our products we do not accept returns of open products.

A Return Authorization Number is required on all damaged product returns, exchanges and refunds. Any return sent to us without a Return Authorization Number cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Mary Allan Skin Care.

If returning an item(s) you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for an exchange. To ensure your returns are received by us please make sure to add tracking & insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service. We do not cover return shipping costs on products that we sent with complimentary shipping.
