SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. Shipping & Delivery
Upon completion of your transaction you will receive an order confirmation complete with USPS tracking details to monitor the delivery date and time of your package. All packages are shipped 2 day priority unless other shipping carriers are arranged. We currently ship in the USA and soon to Canada. Please inquire if you live out-side of North America and we can determine shipping costs. firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Order Processing Times
The majority of orders ship within three business days of order placement unless specified as a custom blend or “made fresh to order” products such as our boosters and serums.
3. Back Orders

4. Payment Options
You have the choice of American Express, MasterCard and Visa, Discover, Square to pay for your transaction.
5. Returns & Replacements
All of Mary Allan products are made from ingredients procured by artisan farmers, co-operatives and green chemistry laboratories. Due to the hand-made craftsmanship of our products, we do not accept returns of open products.
We want you to absolutely LOVE your products, so we encourage you to try our discovery set first and fill out our on-line product suggestion questionnaire so that we can help you select the perfect products.
A Return Authorization Number is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Mary Allan Skin Care.
If returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. To ensure your returns are received by us please make sure to add tracking & insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service. We do not cover return shipping costs on products that we sent with complimentary shipping. We do offer a “pre-paid return slip” with a flat rate fee of $6.95 that will be adjusted from your refund amount.
Kindly allow up to 21 business days for the return to be processed, at which time a credit will be made back to your original payment method.
